Shipping
We currently ship to Asia, North America, Australia, and Europe, within 2-3 business days of purchase, except the pre-order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.
Global free shipping over $500.
All shipments are sent DAP which means that you are responsible to pay any import duties and charges on the delivery. Import duties are charged once the item reaches its destination country, these charges are wholly the responsibility of the customer to cover and duties and taxes incurred. Shipping costs are not included in the prices displayed in the web shop.
Returns
If you have any questions or complaints about a product or want to return an item and end the contract, please contact us at info@clairehan.net with your order number and specify the details of complaint, return or exchange. For return, you will receive an RMA Slip. Please include a printed copy of your slip in your package.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its orginal, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Claire Han reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Please ensure all packages with a tracking number. Client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
